After the party.......

Well, Saturday was the 2nd Annual Rakoz Holiday Cocktail Party. For those of you that made it, you can attest that my boys were actually perfect angels during the festivities (quite the surprise). My question remains: how did we end up with more bottles of liquor instead of less at the end of the party?

I hope to see everyone back again next year for the 3rd Annual. Please note, the alcohol that has remained will also be in attendance next year and every year after until depleted. This is meant to be incentive and not a deterrent. I can't drink it all by myself, people!

I'd personally like to send a big thank you to those who came to celebrate the season with us. We are very fortunate to have wonderful friends that made the trip over to mingle.

Extra special thank you's go to the following:
-Baby Dylan for chilling asleep in the swing for HOURS without making so much as a peep until almost everyone had departed (despite Auntie Rhacelle's stalking attempts)
-Adden & Briar for keeping Maddox occupied with toys and ice
-Amber for assuming the bartender role and making sure those with spirits were not let down in potency (me especially!)
-the Douglas's, McClarys, and Propers for the wonderful presents for Dylan; they are all adorable and I can't wait to use them!
-the Beardmores, Tomans, and Pierces for their generous "spirit" donations to the party
-last, but definitely not least, my fabulous husband, Teague for helping pull this event off just 5 weeks after a newborn has entered the house. Your tablescapes and beer selections did not go unnoticed.....LOVE YOU
