The Irritation Chronicles

I know I'm not the most plentiful of bloggers, but a lot of times I just have no tidbits to share with the 3 people that actually look at this blog. One thing I have no shortage of, as would come to no surprise to anyone, is something to complain about, ie, minor irritations during my day.

Therefore, I have started a topic on the blog aptly named "The Irritation Chronicles." As I feel my way throughout my new segment, I will be deciding whether to just vent or if I should actually blog to a ficticious person that encompasses said irritation. Today's entry will have the "My piece of advice" closing, but I can't yet promise this will always be included in the early planning stage. Please bear with me as I fumble through the details. Without further adieu (sp?)......

The Irritation Chronicles presents....."Confused Driver"

Dear Confused Driver,

It is evident that you have no idea what you're doing right now or where you are going as shown by the blatant stopping at not one, but two, green traffic signals (steady for some time, I might add). I would apologize for the honks during both of these instances, but I did know where I was going and was running a few minutes late which evaporates any remorse I feel for trying to at least attempt to keep up with posted speed limits. Yes, I did see that you had an Oregon state license on your truck confirming that you are an out-of-state driver, but being a native from the neighboring state, I can assure you that stoplights work the same over here and there is no reason to come to a stop when the light is green.

My piece of advice: even if you don't know where you are going, please pull off at the first sign of confusion so as not to deter anyone else behind you from getting where they need to be.

Ok, I love this idea! Mainly, because I love to talk about things that irritate the crap out of me. I try to be a positive person but sheesh sometimes you just have to point out the stupidity! I think you should have your "three" readers put down their most irritating moment from their day. Then we can all share in the chronicles and bond through the source of the irritation. One thing that irritates me daily is how much I have wash my hands as a mother. Honestly, I think I am OCD sometimes. I must wash my hand 20 times by noon. It is such a messy job!
