Resolution Update - March

OK, so I'm at 66.67% for my resolutions so far. The successful resolutions:

-reading through the Bible in 1 year. I'm doing great at this and haven't missed a day. I must say that the Old Testament is kind of painful. I just finished Leviticus which talked A LOT about what to do when someone has sores, when mildew is present in someone's home, etc. The unfortunate part is that these instructions are in painfully descriptive detail. I friend warned me this would not be my favorite book and she was right. What was even harder to get through was the part of Exodus where God was giving Moses great detail on how the Temple was to be built. Not only were chapters & chapters devoted to these specifics, but more chapters talked about the carrying out which pretty much reiterated the same things. I know each word in the Bible is carefully thought out & important, but I have yet to gain that understanding.

-daily entries into a Praise & Prayer journal. This, too, has been done faithfully each day.

The resolution that has not panned out for me is with regard to expanding the family meal inventory with healthier options. In light of this pregnancy, the nausea has gone crazy on me and everything sounds disgusting. It's even harder for someone with nausea to prepare food than my usual laziness excuse. I'm hoping my system adjusts and I will be recommitted to this goal.

That's it for my update!
