The boys' basketball seasons started and they are on fire! Both of them are at the top of their age division and see a lot of playing time. They do seem to want to score more than pass a lot of times, but between Maddox's defense, rebounds and 3-pointers and Dylan's steals and lay-ups they are having a great time so far.
Dylan even got to play on big bro's team when they only had one sub. He was more than ready for the challenge. It was the first time they've competed on the same team. Sadly, they didn't play together a lot of the time as Maddox was charged 4 fouls in the first 5 minutes of the game. What??!!!
Maddox had a really fun time at his first middle school dance, the Monster Mash. He dressed as Damien Lillard.

In this game Dylan scored a career-high of 24 points. He was on fire!
The kids have been kind of obsessed with raking leaves this fall, which we are totally OK with. The sad part is that each morning it looks as if they haven't done anything at all!
Another campaign has come to the Rakoz house this election season as Dylan is running for Student Body Treasurer. 
Celebrating Dylan's birthday at G6 Airpark. They spent most of their time in the dodgeball pit blasting each other.
The end of the month is always a great time to celebrate this amazing child. He turned 10 this year and I hope the double digits are a time of maturation and growth (both mentally and physically)!
As last year, Presley's Ballet class fell on Halloween so I used it as an opportunity to get another use out of her recital costume.
