It's early July and I am FINALLY off of work for my summer vacation. As we take some much-needed relaxation, I feel it's important to take one last look back at our June highlights......
June 1st - Dylan was selected to represent Columbia Little League's All Star team! We're so proud of him. This honor is a big commitment which means practice (almost) everyday for 2-3 hours. All of that to prepare for the District 4 Tournament in hopes of making it to state.
He played a bunch of different positions (3rd base, 1st base, shortstop, catcher and center field) while never sitting out on defense.
Here's the rest of his team. Although they improved greatly to prepare for the tournament, they were knocked out within 2 games.

Dylan also got to perform the pretty significant role of Sacajewea's brother in their 4th grade production of "The Burly Crew." I have a video of his precious solo and duet if you want to see it :)

Maddox's basketball team wrapped up their season this month as well. Maddox did really well with this team and I love watching him succeed in something he loves so much
We got to visit with a longtime friend and former Best Man visiting from Texas at a local brewery.
Just like no time has passed...ha ha!
