April 2024

Welcome back!  Here's a look at how we spent April.

Lincoln City during Spring Break

Our "crazy" pose

I was coaching a basketball game and wanted to check in on the Game Changer app on how Dylan's baseball game was going.  Not only was the score horrifying, but I literally gasped out loud when I spotted where he was playing.  He admitted he did terrible.  How desperate they must have been.

This semester Maddox is taking the Yearbook class with his girlfriend, Chloe.  They signed up to be in charge of the Baseball teams.  Here is the layout he created.  So happy he included a personal pic of my favorite baseball player.

Opening Ceremonies for Spring 2024 Baseball/Softball at Columbia Little League.

Neither one of them wanted me to take this picture.  Like I even cared.

They take this photo every year.

PROM 2024!

There are many pictures on here, because they are just the most beautiful couple ever!

I mean, seriously, when does he ever look this happy???

During the photo shoot before the dance, I was at Opening Ceremonies, but me and the Littles arrived home just as the fancy couple were heading to the car.  Dad had to snap this one.

The detailed fit

A prom pic with a bunch of his friends

This was taken after a game where Dylan hit a monster in-the-park Homerun.  It was absolutely amazing!  Probably b/c Teague and I were outfitted appropriately.

April 25 was Secretary's Administrative Professional's Day.  I received a gift certificate from a local cafe and this glorious hanging basket from my principals.

Sadly the first Football game of our season was incredibly wet and cold. I was sad because we had it at our actual school which never happens and the principal organized a tailgate with free food and drinks. Although we got a win, I think my squad was not quite prepared for the disappointment of a rainy game.

Amber and I are throwing our Seniors a joint Grad Party in June and she invited us all over to test out some mocktail recipes.  She was professional as ever even having a voting packet to ensure her concoctions were delicious.  Of course they were beyond fabulous.

Here's a pic of Dylan after his 1st Seniors Baseball game for the Little League.  Their team dominated 12-0 and he did amazing, including an in-the-park homerun for his team.  This will be a really fun season.

Pictures I should have taken this month, but failed to:
-the amazing house we stayed in during Spring Break at Lincoln City
-Presley's last basketball game
- Presley's softball games....any of them
-more of our 1st Football game, including the tailgate, Presley in cheer and Dylan in as coach
