Ready for summer

I want to maximize my time with the boys this summer.  Now I say this every year and each September has me scratching my head at how fast the previous 2 1/2 months was spent and if there were anything to show for it.  As always I want the kids to have a few more experiences, continue to progress with their reading and maintain the academia from the school year while getting outside a lot.  How can I ensure these goals are met and not quickly forgotten as with the prior summers?  With a Rakoz bucket o' fun!
A 2013 Summer Guidebook for everyone!
Each basket contains a Guidebook (see below), a sketch pad for creativity, a Summer Bridge workbook for their specific age, a new water bottle, and 5 pre-selected books for daily reading.
Inside the Guidebook folder is a 'syllabus' of sorts, blank Summer Journal for jotting down notes or memories, a bookmark and fun materials.
