Some randoms

Teague had to drive to Bend yesterday for a work meeting.  He was in his car, without chains, coming over the mountain and it started snowing.  Luckily he made it home safe.  He is gearing up for a (hopefully) busy season.

Maddox has his last basketball game tomorrow.  Last night was his last practice and they did trophies and a small party at the end.  His coach, who is currently a basketball coach for Fort Vancouver, gave wonderful speeches about each player.  He spoke about how Maddox was a little restless at first practice and nervous at the first game, but became one of his favorite players.  He stated Maddox was the best defensive players on the team and would always have Maddox guard the opposing team's best player.  It was a really great season and I hope Maddox's next coach in Winter season is good as well.

Presley is now showing signs of being 2.  She now scowls while loudly voicing her opinion on going to bed or picking up after herself.  It's amusing and sad to see this side of her.  I hope it's just a phase.

As for Dylan, he's doing great.  He seems to enjoy school.  Did I mention his class is full of 13 rowdy boys?  There are 21 students in class and they are very challenging for his poor teacher.  I have received various reports that Dylan is among the good kids.  How is THAT possible???  Does that make you feel super sorry for Mrs. Dunmire?  That Dylan is one of the good ones?  How much harder are those other kids???

That's about it for us this week.  Enjoy your weekend!
